Provision: Children's Home
Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Social Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (SEBD)
Salary & Working Hours:
- Β£13.50 per hour
- Contract Options: 36 hours per week, 48 hours per week
- Sleep-ins: 6 to 8 sleeps per month paid at Β£52 per sleep
- Potential Earnings: Up to Β£38,688 per year

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 3 NVQ / Diploma in Residential Childcare, Social / Children's Care or Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it)
- Experience in SEBD, challenging behaviour or complex needs (not elderly care)
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable but not essential)
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in English β Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum Age β 22 due to children's workforce regulations
