Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care (Essential)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (Preferred)
- If not already qualified, must enrol onto Level 5 within 6 months of starting
Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare
- At least 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years
- Eligible to register with Ofsted
The Home: Our client is recruiting for a Registered Manager to lead a specialist two-bedded children’s home supporting young people with complex mental health needs. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, including an on-site school, clinical professionals and teachers, you will help young people achieve positive outcomes and successfully transition through their care journey.

- Maintain outstanding standards of care in line with the Children's Homes Quality Standards and Statement of Purpose.
- Manage safeguarding concerns and complaints effectively.

- Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings.
- Promote a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment.
- Manage the home effectively against budget expectations.
