👤 Who we are looking for…
- An experienced Deputy Manager looking to step up and make this home their own
- Someone confident managing an LD provision
- A leader who can work autonomously, with full support from an experienced in-house Registered Manager and RI throughout the registration process
- Comfortable leading the Ofsted registration process — SC1/SC2 submitted as soon as you start, with the Fit Person stage typically following around 9 months later
