Who we are looking for:
- Aged 22+ (to meet Ofsted regulations)
- Caring, resilient, and emotionally intelligent individuals
- Experienced in residential childcare, with ability to lead and supervise staff
- Confident in challenging situations and maintaining safeguarding standards
- Holds a Full UK manual driving licence

- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality care and safeguarding to children and young people
- Build positive, long-term relationships and teach life skills
- Supervise residential staff and lead shifts
- Manage rotas, policies, procedures, and risk assessments
- Ensure placement plans are followed and education is supported
