Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in residential childcare

Who we are looking for:

  • Aged 22+ (to meet Ofsted regulations)
  • Caring, resilient, and emotionally intelligent individuals
  • Experienced in residential childcare, with ability to lead and supervise staff
  • Confident in challenging situations and maintaining safeguarding standards
  • Holds a Full UK manual driving licence

  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent).
  • Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered.
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and safeguarding to children and young people
  • Build positive, long-term relationships and teach life skills
  • Supervise residential staff and lead shifts
  • Manage rotas, policies, procedures, and risk assessments
  • Ensure placement plans are followed and education is supported
