Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to oversee Team Leaders and wider staff teams across a group of single occupancy children’s homes. This is an operational leadership role suited to someone confident managing staff performance, supporting practice standards, and maintaining strong oversight across multiple homes. The successful candidate will be office-based in Bootle whilst also carrying out regular visits to homes, staff teams, and young people across the service. The role offers flexibility around additional hours and overtime opportunities within the homes themselves.
