Job Title: Registered Manager – Emotional Well-being Home
Location: Leicestershire
Salary: £55,000 - £55,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time
Service: Children's Home (Emotional Well-being Home)
Service Users: 8-18 year olds, with a complex range of risk and behaviours; supporting up to 3 young people at any one time
Qualifications Required: Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare (must hold or be willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services)
Experience Required: At least 3 years' experience working with children within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year at Senior level supervision or management in a residential setting
The Home:
Our client operates a beautiful Emotional Well-being Home supporting up to 3 young people at any one time, giving them the opportunity to enjoy different experiences and develop confidence, independence, and social/emotional skills.
Who we are looking for:
A driven and passionate Registered Manager holding a full UK driving licence, with strong knowledge of OFSTED Regulations and Quality Standards, sound experience of safeguarding and reporting, and the ability to lead a team towards an Outstanding rating. 🌟

Our client is one of the UK's largest children's charities, currently on an exciting and innovative journey in partnership with the Local Authority to deliver a range of children's homes for some of the most vulnerable young people in the area.
Number of homes:
Multiple homes across the locality, with this role based at one home but requiring flexibility to travel and support other homes as needed.
