Service Users: YPs up to 18 years | Trauma, SEMH, Complex Needs
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management, Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Proven senior experience in residential children’s services; Registered Manager experience required; RI experience or eligibility required

- Strong safeguarding, child protection, and governance expertise
- Ability to provide professional supervision, guidance, and challenge to managers
- Strong judgement, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Ability to motivate, influence, and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Full UK Driving Licence
