They specialize in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

The main duties of this role include:
- To lead the team to deliver high-quality care to our young people
- To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
- To communicate effectively with the team regarding the plans for the day
- To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
- To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
- To attend/chair staff meetings and be proactive in developing and improving the service model
Job Requirements:
- To provide positive parenting
- To have exceptional communication skills
- To have sound working knowledge of current legislation e.g., Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
Essential Requirements:
- Must have a full manual driving licence
- Must be fully flexible and have the ability to work unsociable shift patterns
- Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
- The desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Manager
