Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (occasional shifts if required)

Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years in Residential Childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

We are seeking a confident and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the home. The successful candidate will take the lead on operational areas and deputise in the manager's absence. A strong understanding of the needs of young people with EBD and LD is essential, alongside a firm commitment to providing consistent, therapeutic care.

This is a well-established, highly respected children's residential provider with over 25 years of experience supporting young people with complex needs across the North West.
