Salary: £55,000 – £70,000 per annum + £5,000 welcome bonus

Working Hours: Full Time: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

Service Users: Young People (7–17) with Learning Disabilities (LD)

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) preferred; Level 3 accepted with willingness to complete Level 5

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
  • Must have managed a multi-bed service
  • Experience supporting children with LD is essential
