Qualifications Required:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) preferred; Level 3 accepted with willingness to complete Level 5
Experience Required:
- Minimum 12 months’ experience as a Registered Manager within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home
- Must have managed a multi-bed service
- Experience supporting children with LD is essential
