Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire

Salary: £38,450 per annum

Working Hours: 2 on 4 off shift pattern, 160 to 165 hours per calendar month

Hourly Rate: £16 per hour

Number of Sleeps Required: 10 per month

Pay Per Sleep: £60

Who we are looking for: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a positive impact on young people. You will have a strong background in residential care and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by children with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD) and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Currently operating two homes, they have exciting plans for future expansion.
