Salary: £13.85 – £14.84 per hour

Working Hours: 5 on, 2 off shift pattern | 10:00pm – 9:00am

The Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and reliable Waking Night Residential Support Worker to join their children's residential service in the Crewe area. As a Waking Night Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and emotional support of young people throughout the night. You will be responsible for maintaining a calm and structured environment, completing safeguarding and welfare checks, and responding appropriately to any incidents or needs that arise during your shift.

Additional Screening Requirements

  • Full UK Driving Licence is preferred
  • Applicants must have previous experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
  • Applicants from Healthcare, NHS, Adult Care, Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Nursing Homes, Mental Health Services, or similar settings without Children's Residential experience will not be considered
  • Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and / or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
