Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Residential Registered Manager who can inspire their team and provide strong, approachable leadership. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by young people in care and a passion for making a difference in their lives.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications:
  • Level 3 Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent
  • Experience:
    • Experience in managing an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home
    • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
  • Other Requirements:
    • Full UK driving licence
    • Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)

    • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
