Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Level 3 Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent
- Experience in managing an Ofsted-registered Children’s Home
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the company)
