Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 1 on, 2 off rota | 8:00am – 11:00pm followed by a sleep-in (11:00pm – 8:00am)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 or Level 4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), or working towards
Experience Required: Experience working within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home. Previous Team Leader experience is preferred, with higher salary grades available for those with 1–2 years' experience in a Team Leader role.

Who we are looking for: We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate Team Leader who is passionate about helping children and young people achieve positive outcomes. You'll lead by example, supporting Residential Childcare Workers while helping to create a safe, structured and nurturing home environment. Working alongside the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager, you'll play an important role in ensuring high-quality care is delivered every day.
