Location: East Lancashire / Greater Manchester

Salary: Up to £40,896.00 per annum

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: Full Time, including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins

Employment Type: Permanent

Sleep-ins: Required (enhanced payment included within advertised salary)

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)

The Home: Our client is looking for caring, resilient and compassionate Residential Support Workers to join their therapeutic children's residential homes. Working as part of a supportive team, you will provide day-to-day care, encourage independence and help children achieve positive outcomes while contributing to a home striving for Good and Outstanding Ofsted standards.
