Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking a Registered Manager to take over a settled home with a strong foundation. You will be confident managing risk, experienced with complex behaviours, and capable of leading a team through both stable and high‑risk placements. You will be comfortable overseeing:
- A long‑term placement transitioning towards semi‑independence
- A high‑risk placement requiring structured support, including DOLS, 2:1 staffing, and waking nights
- Ongoing staff reduction plans based on risk management and progress
Strong leadership, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to maintain Outstanding standards are essential.
