Location: Wakefield (services also across Pontefract, Wakefield, Eggborough & Barnsley)

Salary: Unqualified: £25,755.60 base | up to £31,155.60 including sleep-ins Qualified (Level 3 or equivalent): £26,303.16 base | up to £31,703.16 including sleep-ins

Working Hours: 39 hours per week

Hourly Rate: N/A – salaried role

Number of Sleeps Required: 8–10 per month (average)

Pay Per Sleep: £45 per sleep-in

Service: Children’s Home

Service Users: Young People aged 8–18 | EBD, Trauma, Emotional & Behavioural Needs

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) – desirable, Full UK Driving Licence (essential)

Experience in Years Required: Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
