- You will lead shifts, support the development of the staff team, and help create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people.
Previous experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build positive and professional relationships with young people
- Good understanding of safeguarding, risk management, and care planning
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to lead by example
- Confident with record keeping and IT systems

Additional Screening Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Level 3 Residential Childcare is not equivalent to Health & Social Care qualifications
- Applicants from Healthcare, NHS, Adult Care, Supported Living, Domiciliary Care, Nursing Homes, Mental Health Services, or similar settings without Children's Residential experience will not be considered
- Applicants requiring sponsorship will not be considered
- Individuals with only CQC experience and/or who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
