- Job Title: Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Home
- Location: Highworth, Swindon
- Salary: £35,276 per annum (Includes a contracted sleep-in per week)
- Working Hour: Mix of 07:30–21:30 (on shift) and 08:30–16:30 (admin shifts)
- Number of Sleeps Required: 1 per week
- Pay Per Sleep: £63
- Service: Children’s Home
- Service Users: YPs with Learning Disabilities and Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)
- Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Experience in Years Required: Minimum 1 year in a children’s residential care setting as a Senior Support Worker
