The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client's Children's Residential Care division as a Regional Support Manager. The successful candidate will provide parachute support to Registered Managers and residential services when additional capacity or expertise is required. This is a hands‑on operational role focused on maintaining high standards of care, compliance, leadership, and therapeutic practice across multiple homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing parachute support to Registered Managers and staff teams when additional support is required
  • Delivering audits to ensure regulatory compliance, best practice, and service quality
  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing managers and staff teams to drive continuous improvement
  • Providing interim management cover in homes where a Registered Manager is absent or a vacancy exists
  • Guiding and supporting teams to maintain safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environments
  • Promoting positive outcomes for children and young people
  • Supporting homes to achieve and maintain inspection readiness
  • Working closely with operational leaders to strengthen service delivery and performance
