Who we are looking for:

We are looking for caring, resilient and motivated Senior Support Workers / Team Leaders who want to make a real difference to the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading shifts and supervising staff
  • Building positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals
  • Contributing to care plans, risk assessments, and supporting implementation and reviews
  • Supporting daily routines, education, and emotional wellbeing
  • Ensuring accurate, high‑quality records are maintained

Shift Pattern: 7:30am – 11:00pm and sleep‑ins 11:30pm – 7:30am (2 days on / 4 days off rolling rota)

Do not apply for this role if any of the following apply to you:

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
  • You only have HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
