Location: Leeds, LS12/LS13

Salary: Β£32,005.56 per annum

Working Hours: Rolling rota basis over 365 days per year (including bank holidays and weekends)

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: Young People (YPs) with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD), Trauma, Neglect, Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE), and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE)

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce or equivalent (Essential)
  • 50% complete Level 5 Leadership and Management (Desirable)

Experience in Years Required:

  • Experience working with challenging children in a residential setting (Essential)

Employment Type: Permanent

  • Ofsted Rating: Good
  • Ratio of staff to children: 1:1 or 2:1
