This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Support Worker / Team Leader who is passionate about supporting children and young people and confident in leading shifts within a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals
- Leading shifts within the home and supervising staff
- Supporting and implementing care plans and risk assessments
- Promoting education, emotional wellbeing, and daily living skills
- Managing challenging behaviours calmly and effectively
- Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation

- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
