Working Hours: Full Time – 2 days on / 4 days off rolling rota

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Support Worker / Team Leader who is passionate about supporting children and young people and confident in leading shifts within a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing positive relationships with young people, families, and professionals
  • Leading shifts within the home and supervising staff
  • Supporting and implementing care plans and risk assessments
  • Promoting education, emotional wellbeing, and daily living skills
  • Managing challenging behaviours calmly and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
  • You only have HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
