The Home:

- Type of YPs: Learning Disabilities (LD), complex needs, including referrals from higher-level settings
- Ofsted Status: Established service
- Staff Ratio: High staffing model (typically 3:1, with flexibility to increase based on needs)
This is a specialist solo provision designed to provide highly structured, consistent, and therapeutic care for a young person with complex needs.
Who We Are Looking For...
- An experienced and confident Registered Manager with a strong track record within Ofsted-regulated children’s residential care.
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a Registered Manager position is essential.
- A leader who is comfortable managing a solo provision and understands the demands of high-acuity placements.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead from the front, support staff development, and maintain a stable and high-performing team.
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable in managing complex behaviours and needs.
- Full UK driving licence required.
Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards if not already held)
