Location: Darlington (DL10)

Salary: £27,300 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)

Hourly Rate: £14.00 per hour

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, including shifts, evenings, and weekends

Service Users: Children and young people (trauma-informed care)

Qualifications Required:

  • NVQ Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare (desirable)
  • GCSE English & Maths (or equivalent) at Grade C or above (desirable)

Experience Required:

  • Experience within children’s residential care desirable

You will be passionate about supporting children and young people through a trauma-informed approach, with the flexibility to work a varied shift pattern including evenings and weekends. A full UK driving licence and willingness to drive is essential, along with access to a vehicle for work purposes.
