Location: Wirral

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 per year + bonuses

Employment Type: Permanent

Service: Children’s Home, overseeing 3 x Solo - With a DM in each home working 30 hours managerial and 10 on shift

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (Adults and/or Children)

Experience Required: Minimum 24 months working in a residential childcare setting with a proven track record in a managerial or supervisory role

Who we are looking for: Our client is seeking an experienced and passionate Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall management of either one or two solo placement homes, depending on experience. In this role, you will ensure each home provides a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for a young person. You will lead and support teams to deliver high-quality care while maintaining full compliance with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Quality Standards.
