Salary: £45,000 per annum + quality and commercial bonus

Working Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Service Users: Young people requiring complex care

Home; Number of Beds: 3-bed complex care home

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential)
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (preferred)

Experience in Years: At least 2 years in residential care of children, with 1 year in a supervisory role in the last 5 years

Essential Requirements and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years in residential childcare, with 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years

  • Comprehensive knowledge of The Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage resources effectively
