Service: Children’s Residential Home

Service Users: Children and young people who have experienced severe trauma and adversity

Qualifications Required:

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Children & Young People)
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People’s Services (or equivalent)

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Ofsted Registered Manager, including achieving ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ inspection outcomes

  • Manage budgets and operational resources effectively
