Who we are looking for…
We are seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s home reopening in London NW1. You will:
- Provide leadership and direction to staff, including mentoring and support
- Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements
- Support the Deputy Manager in operational delivery and daily management
- Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding for young people
- Have a clean disciplinary record and full, clear employment history
- Be commutable to the home and confident in senior leadership practice 🚇
