Job Title: Registered Manager 🏠

Location: London NW1 📍

Salary: £50,000 base + up to £56,600 potential through bonuses 💷

Working Hour: Full Time, 40+ hours per week

Number of Sleeps Required: On-call included in salary (rarely required) 💤

Service: Children’s Home 🧒

Service Users: YPs with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties)

Qualifications Required: NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce + Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management

Experience in Years Required: At least 2-3 years in senior leadership role

Who we are looking for…

We are seeking a strong, motivated, and experienced Registered Manager to lead a 3-bed children’s home reopening in London NW1. You will:

  • Provide leadership and direction to staff, including mentoring and support
  • Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards and all regulatory requirements
  • Support the Deputy Manager in operational delivery and daily management
  • Maintain high standards of care and safeguarding for young people
  • Have a clean disciplinary record and full, clear employment history
  • Be commutable to the home and confident in senior leadership practice 🚇
