✅ Essential Requirements
- 🎓 Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
- 📆 At least 3 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting
- 🏠 Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
- 💡 Strong leadership & team‑building skills
✨ Desirable Qualities
- ✔️ Experience leading Ofsted inspections
- ✔️ Passion for creating a warm, homely, and child‑focused environment
