โ Essential Requirements
- ๐ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
- ๐ At least 3 yearsโ experience in a residential childcare setting
- ๐ Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
- ๐ก Strong leadership & teamโbuilding skills
