โœ… Essential Requirements

  • ๐ŸŽ“ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards it)
  • ๐Ÿ“† At least 3 yearsโ€™ experience in a residential childcare setting
  • ๐Ÿ  Experience in EBD, LD, SEMH, CCE, PSB, Therapeutic, or Crisis homes
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Strong leadership & teamโ€‘building skills
