Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + bonuses (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Service Users: Young people in solo placement settings

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Leadership and Management in Adults and/or Children

Experience Required: Minimum 24 months’ experience within a residential childcare setting, with proven managerial or supervisory experience

The Home: This is an opportunity to lead either one or two solo placement children’s homes, depending on your experience. The service is focused on providing a safe, nurturing, and highly supportive environment for young people, with a strong emphasis on progression, outcomes, and personalised care. As the Registered Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the home(s), ensuring high-quality care delivery, regulatory compliance, safeguarding excellence, and strong team leadership.
