Who we are looking for…
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager who is currently managing an EBD Ofsted Registered Children’s Home. Deputy Managers stepping up will not be considered. Managers currently working in LD settings will not be considered. Salary up to £60k available ONLY for managers with consistent Good/Outstanding Ofsted gradings in similar-sized homes. You will be confident in leading a stable, fully staffed team with strong support structures already in place.

- A fully staffed home with a Deputy Manager and Senior Team Leader, both completing 40–50% admin hours to support management
- Regular support from the Responsible Individual, attending the home weekly
- Internal delivery of Level 3 and Level 5 qualifications
- Internal delivery of PRICE (Physical Intervention) training
- Strong organisational structure with consistent investment in service quality and staff development
