We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Residential Childcare Worker who is passionate about improving the lives of young people. The ideal candidate will have:
- Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent) in Residential Childcare
- Experience supporting children with EBD and trauma in a residential setting
- A valid UK Driving Licence
- A desire to develop further understanding and practice within PACE and Dyadic Developmental Practice (DDP)
- The ability to lead and mentor others, support the Registered Manager, and ensure the home continues to provide outstanding care
