Who we are looking for:
An experienced Registered Manager ready to take a brand-new three-bed EBD home through Ofsted registration and establish it from the ground up. You will shape the staff team, embed the culture and set the standard for practice from day one, with the backing of an established provider.

Number of homes: five existing homes, with this new registration taking the group to six
Future plans: continued growth, with this home forming part of the provider's ongoing expansion
