We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Night Support Workers to join the team in Wolverhampton WV7. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs during waking nights.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to young people during waking nights, offering assistance with any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Complete tasks around the home during quieter periods, such as paperwork, cleaning, and laundry.
- Build rapport and trust with young people, providing emotional support and guidance when needed.
