Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people and leading a high‑performing team in children’s residential care? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a well‑established 4‑bed children’s home in Goole, supporting young people with CSE and EBD needs. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the home provides a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where young people can thrive. The successful candidate will be motivated, resilient, and committed to achieving “Good” or “Outstanding” outcomes with Ofsted.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential childcare, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willing to complete within 6 months).
- Strong knowledge of The Children’s Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards, and SCCIF.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and retain a stable team.
- Experience in working with children affected by trauma, neglect, and exploitation (CSE).
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
