Who we are looking for:
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications will not be considered
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available
- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
You will be supporting young people with all aspects of daily life, including routines, education, hobbies, emotional wellbeing, and safeguarding. You must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and be a positive role model at all times.
