Service Users: 8-18 year olds, with a complex range of risk and behaviours; supporting up to 3 young people at any one time.
Qualifications Required: Level 3 qualification relevant to Residential Childcare (must hold or be willing to work towards the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young People's Services).
Experience Required: At least 3 years' experience working with children within the last 5 years, including at least 1 year at Senior level supervision or management in a residential setting.
The Home: Our client operates a beautiful Emotional Well-being Home supporting up to 3 young people at any one time, giving them the opportunity to enjoy different experiences and develop confidence, independence, and social/emotional skills.
Who we are looking for: A driven and passionate Registered Manager holding a full UK driving licence, with strong knowledge of OFSTED Regulations and Quality Standards, sound experience of safeguarding and reporting, and the ability to lead a team towards an Outstanding rating.
