- Experienced, caring, and resilient Senior Residential Support Worker
- Age 22+ to meet Ofsted regulations
- NVQ Level 3 in Children & Young People Workforce
- Minimum 2 years experience working in residential childcare
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Leadership experience: supervising staff, leading shifts, managing rotas, policies, procedures, risk assessments, ensuring placement plans and education support are followed
- Ability to build positive, long-term relationships with children
- Committed to safeguarding and promoting welfare

- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
- Candidates with only HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications

- Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrenās Home will not be considered.
