Who we are looking for…

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Team Leader to join the team and support the Service Manager in leading day-to-day operations.

You will

  • Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower young people to achieve their goals
  • Promote health, well-being, education, and recreational activities
  • Support young people to maintain family and significant relationships
  • Complete records and documents accurately
  • Assist with day-to-day household tasks including cooking, cleaning, and shopping
  • Support young people with personal care and hygiene

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (not deemed equivalent)
  • Candidates with only Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner qualifications
  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home will not be considered.
