Qualifications Required:
- Level 3 in Children’s Residential (or equivalent)
- Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Children and Young People (or working towards)
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant children’s residential care role within the last 5 years
- Experience managing or supporting an Ofsted inspection
- Strong working knowledge of the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards

You will be confident in leading a team, maintaining compliance, and driving positive outcomes for young people. Deputy Managers with the required experience and readiness to step up into registration will also be considered.
