Job Title: Senior Residential Care Worker

Location: Melksham, Wiltshire (SN12)

Salary: £39,588 per annum (estimated, based on 160 hours per month plus 11 sleep-ins per month), plus a £1,500 joining bonus

Hourly Rate: £16.15 per hour (enhanced rates apply)

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Sleep-ins: £65 per sleep-in

Service: Children's Home

Service Users: Young people aged 8-17 years with EBD

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce

Experience Required: Experience within children's residential care

Our client is looking for a Senior Residential Care Worker to join their 4-bed home for young people aged 8-17 with EBD. You will hold the Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce and bring experience within children's residential care.
