Qualifications and Experience

  • Level 3 Children & Young People’s Workforce
  • Experience within Children’s Residential, Mental Health, or Secure Unit settings

Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in the day‑to‑day leadership and operation of the home.
  • Ensure high standards of care, support staff development, and maintain a safe, structured environment for young people.
  • Contribute to care planning, risk management, safeguarding practices, and overall development of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations.
