Job Title: Deputy Manager – New Assessment Home

Location: Whiteparish, Salisbury (SP5)

Salary: £40,260 per annum (estimated, based on 160 hours per month plus 11 sleep-ins per month), plus a £5,000 joining bonus

Hourly Rate: £16.50 per hour (enhanced rates apply)

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 160 hours per month

Employment Type: Permanent, full-time

Sleep-ins: £65 per sleep-in

Service: Children's Home (new assessment home)

Service Users: Young people aged 8–17 years with EBD

Qualifications Required: Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce, and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or prepared to study towards it)

Who we are looking for

Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager to join their brand-new 4-bed assessment home for young people aged 8–17 with EBD. You will hold the Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce. You will also hold the Level 5 in Leadership and Management, or be prepared to study towards it.
