Salary: £29,808 – £30,432 per annum (including sleep-ins)

Working Hours: Full-time, shift-based (including long days & sleep-ins)

Hourly Rate: Competitive – included within annual salary

Number of Sleeps Required: Yes (rota-based)

Pay Per Sleep: £50 per sleep-in

Qualifications Required: None essential (full training provided)

Who we are looking for:

  • Aged 22+ (to meet Ofsted regulations)
  • Able to build positive, consistent relationships with young people
  • Calm under pressure and confident managing challenging situations
  • Holds a Full UK manual driving licence and has access to a car
  • Passionate about building a long-term career in children’s residential care

No prior residential experience required – a comprehensive induction is provided, including:

  • 2 weeks classroom-based training
  • 1 week supported shadow shifts
