Essential requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within an Ofsted-registered children’s home
- Completed or Enrolled on Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent; Level 3 in Health and Social is not equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Salary and sleep-ins
- Senior Residential Childcare Support Worker (Full Time) – Salary (includes 8 sleep-ins per month): £34,163 – £35,668 per annum
- Residential Child Care Worker (Full Time) – Salary: £28,265 – £29,674 per annum; Sleep-ins: 1–2 per week (8 per month adds approximately £4,000 per year)
- Pay per sleep-in: £50
- Welcome bonus: £500 (where applicable)
