Job Title: Deputy Care Manager
Location: Bradford – BD16
Salary: £34,000 - £39,000 per annum + performance-related bonus + sleep allowance
Working Hour: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, Neglect, CSE, CCE
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young Peoples Workforce Diploma with social care pathway or Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care within the last 5 years

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children\'s Home will not be considered.
