Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Stockton on Tees
Salary: £38,000
Working Hours: Flexible
Number of Sleeps Required: Not required, however on call duties will be required.
Service: Children’s Home, Multi Bed
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Mild LD, Mental Health, and Substance Misuse
Home: 2-bed provision.
Qualifications Required: Level 3 Residential Childcare
Employment Type: Permanent

We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing trauma-informed care, and supporting young people to thrive in a nurturing environment.

A candidate who is keen to be part of a growing company with long-term prospects into Registered Manager, Dual Registered Manager and Regional Management.

Who you will be working for…

Company Size: Expanding with a focus on staff retention and development.
Number of Homes: Currently operating 2 homes, with plans for further expansion in Middlesbrough and North East
Progression Opportunity: Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and progression to Level 5 qualifications.
Track Record with Ofsted: Rated Good.
Future Plans: Expansion into additional locations with a commitment to high-quality care.
Other Services: Clinical psychologist support (monthly visits starting March 2025) and trauma-informed training.
