Location: Bradford, BD4

Salary: £36,000 – £43,000 per annum

Hourly Rate: £15.21 – £16.21 per hour

Working Hours / Shift Pattern: 2 days on / 4 days off

Sleep-ins: Sleep-ins required – £85 per night

Who we are looking for:

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Care Worker to join their team supporting children and young people in a residential setting. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can develop and thrive. The role requires someone who can provide consistent care, support the development of young people, and contribute positively to the wider staff team.

  • You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have a car.
  • You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (this is not deemed equivalent).

  • You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available.
  • Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
