Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and emotional support to empower the staff team
  • Support the development of Support Workers through coaching, supervision, training, appraisals and rota management
  • Lead on safe, effective, caring and well‑led practice
  • Create and maintain person‑centred support plans
  • Support quality assurance, record keeping, and continuous improvement
